Hannah VallanceI’m Hannah Vallance, creator of FRSDevelopment.com. I have been working with the UK Fire and Rescue Services for many years helping organisations identify and promote their best talent using the fairest and most effective methods.

Over the last two years I have also been helping individuals maximise their career potential. At frsdevelopment.com we do this by making sure personnel know exactly what their assessments will entail, and how they can develop themselves to become the strongest candidate possible. This works in the best interest of the individual, who deserve the opportunity to give themselves the best chance of success, and for the organisation, which needs to be able to select from the strongest pool of potential managers.

We specialise in providing practice exercises for candidates to brush up on their assessment skill. We also focus on development tools to help them hone their management potential. We use interactive written exercises, on-line video clips, personalised feedback, one to one coaching and training workshops to accomplish this.

Our packages are the only ones of their kind. In fact, some FRS purchase their pre-assessment support materials directly from us and we provide interactive workshops for FRS around the country.

We help people prepare for attending their promotion assessments (the ADC), complete their application form or practice for their interview, whether you are a first time applicant, Supervisory, Middle or Strategic Manager.
